LEGISREPORTS NG – The All progressives Congress has cleared House of Assembly seats in Shomolu and Ikorodu local governments according to results released by INEC.
In Ikorodu 1, Sanai Agunbiade of the APC scored 34,371 votes to beat Abatan Kazeem of PDP with 23,368 votes.
The returning officer for Ikorodu 2 announced that Mr Solaja of the APC, won the House of Assembly seat with 17,032 votes, while Oluwaseun Akeju of PDP got 12,077 votes.
In Shomolu constituency 1 and 2, the APC also won the two House of Assembly seats.
The returning officer, Dr. Adelaja Odukoya on Sunday announced that Mr. Rotimi Olowo of the APC scored 18,419 votes to emerge winner in Shomolu 1, while Mr Oladejo of PDP had 12,066 votes.
In Shomolu 2, Mr. Rotimi Abiru of the APC was declared winner with 25,680 votes followed by Adedoyin Banjo of PDP who scored 21,613 votes while Kenneth Chukwuemeka of APGA polled 2,161 votes.
